Begin by sharing a little about what you’re feeling — your mood, stress levels, challenges, or what’s been bothering you lately.
This helps us understand you, not label you.

Step 2: Get Your Emotional Snapshot
Mood & thought clarity check
You’ll go through a short contact form that helps reflect your current emotional state and mental load.

Step 3: Your First Free Connection Session
One free introductory session
Based on your responses, you’ll receive a free one-on-one 15 Minute (WhatsApp or Phone Call) connection session where you can talk, share, and be heard — without any obligation.
“This is not therapy. This is a safe conversation.”

Step 4: Easy WhatsApp + Zoom Support
Simple & convenient

First (Free) contact happens on WhatsApp or Phone Call within 48 hours.

Guidance calls under our premium plans are scheduled on Zoom or WhatsApp or PhoneCall for 45 minutes.

Gentle reminders & easy rescheduling

No complicated apps or portals

Step 5: Choose Your Support Plan
Continue only if you feel comfortable
If you’d like to continue, you can choose from our Continuing Plans or Premium Plans for ongoing support. We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
