At Minddresser, we offer one-to-one emotional wellbeing counselling for adults seeking support with stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, and emotional overwhelm.
Our work is grounded in empathy, confidentiality, and structured support. Sessions are offered in a calm, respectful space and are available online or in person by appointment.
Our approach is informed by training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and focuses on:
